1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase a license. You are responsible for accurate account and billing information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

2. Software License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for lawful purposes according to the plan you purchased. We do not sell ownership of the software, source code, brand, or license system.

• Each license is intended for one person and one device at a time unless a plan page expressly says otherwise.
• A license key may not be resold, rented, shared, sublicensed, published, or used to provide a competing service.
• You may not reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass, or interfere with activation, payment, entitlement, anti-abuse, or security controls.
• You are responsible for using the software only with files and content you have the right to process.

3. Plans, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Access

The website may offer one-time plans such as 2-Year Pro and Lifetime Pro. Microsoft Store or promotional flows may offer monthly, six-month, yearly, lifetime, or test plans. The exact plan, price, duration, renewal behavior, and payment method shown at checkout control your purchase.

• 2-Year Pro: Pro access for two years from purchase or activation, depending on the checkout flow.
• Lifetime Pro: Pro access with no fixed expiry for the supported lifetime of the product, not for the lifetime of any person, device, operating system, store, or third-party service.
• Subscriptions: if a plan renews automatically, renewal, cancellation, and billing are controlled by the payment platform shown at checkout.
• Free features, Pro features, supported formats, performance, and hardware acceleration may change as the product evolves.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are shown before checkout and may vary by country, currency, taxes, coupons, platform, and payment provider. Website payments are processed by Razorpay. Microsoft Store purchases are processed by Microsoft. We do not store your full payment card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials.

5. Delivery and Activation

Licenses are delivered digitally. After confirmed payment, your license key or entitlement is normally available in your dashboard, email, Microsoft account, or app purchase flow, depending on the payment method. The software may need internet access for activation, license verification, renewal checks, anti-abuse checks, and support.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Website purchases are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Microsoft Store purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled through Microsoft and are subject to Microsoft Store rules. When a refund is issued, the related license may be revoked and Pro access ends. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Updates and Compatibility

We may provide updates, fixes, feature changes, security changes, or license-system changes. Some updates may be required for license verification, security, or compatibility. The software is designed for supported Windows versions, but results can vary by hardware, drivers, codecs, input files, Windows updates, and third-party components such as FFmpeg or store services.

8. Your Files and Backups

The app is designed to process videos locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important files and reviewing output quality before deleting originals. We are not responsible for loss of files, failed exports, device problems, unsupported codecs, or settings selected by you.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attack, overload, scrape, spam, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, APIs, payment flow, license system, or support tools.
• Use stolen payment methods, false billing details, shared license keys, leaked keys, or chargeback abuse.
• Remove copyright, trademark, license, security, or attribution notices from the software or website.

10. Intellectual Property

The software, website, source code, license system, branding, logos, copy, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Satya Vara Prasad. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third parties, including Razorpay, Microsoft Store, analytics providers, email providers, hosting providers, and open-source or third-party software components. Those services and components may be governed by their own terms, licenses, and privacy policies.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, revoke, or terminate access to a license, account, or service if you breach these Terms, if payment is reversed or charged back, if required by a platform or law, or if we reasonably believe there is fraud, piracy, abuse, security risk, or legal risk.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, driver, format, codec, or workflow, or that compression will produce a specific file size, speed, or quality result.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the license or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satya Vara Prasad from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your files or content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts with competent jurisdiction in Indiawill have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
