Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Fast Video Compressor. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, how to request a refund, and the limited cases where a refund may not apply. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Paid licenses (2-Year Pro and Lifetime Pro) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@fastvideocompressor.com from the email address used for the purchase, including:
- Your order or payment reference (from your invoice or payment receipt).
- The email address used at checkout.
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. After approval, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, the associated license key is revoked and Pro access ends.
4. Exceptions
To keep pricing fair for everyone, a refund may be declined where:
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
- There is evidence of fraud, abuse, license sharing, or violation of our Terms.
- The license has already been refunded, revoked, or charged back.
If your software is not working as described, please contact us first — we will try to resolve the issue, and we stand behind the guarantee during the 7-day window.
5. Cancellations
The 2-Year and Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If a plan you hold renews automatically, you may cancel future renewals at any time; the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
