Fast Video Compressor is a digital software product. There is no physical shipping. Everything is delivered electronically and is available immediately after a successful payment.
1. Digital Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your purchase is delivered digitally:
- Your license key is generated instantly and shown on your dashboard License page.
- An invoice is created in your account under Invoices.
- You can download the Windows app and activate it with your license key.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is typically immediate (within a few minutes of a successful payment). In rare cases, bank or network delays may take a little longer for the payment to confirm. If your license has not appeared within a few hours, please contact us.
3. No Physical Goods
We do not ship any physical items, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, or tracking numbers. All references to "delivery" mean electronic delivery of your license key and invoice.
4. Didn't Receive Your License?
If you completed payment but cannot find your license key, first check your dashboard License page. If it is still not there, email support@fastvideocompressor.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
